Home - About Us

Our football Club provides coaching and training for boys and girls of 5 years old and over. We play on a weekly basis in the West Lothian Soccer Sevens and the West Lothion Association Youth Football League.
Have a look through our extensive site. We hope you find it informative and enjoyable. We plan to keep you updated on everything to do with Livingston Hearts through these pages. You can get in touch with us by sending an email to the Club direct. Why not find out a little bit more about the specific team that interests you by clicking on the Teams link. Livingston Hearts Community Sports Club, to use our official name, was founded in 1996. Formed as one team playing under the name of Livingston Hearts Boys Club we progressed to two 11-a-side teams and our first Soccer Seven squad by the year 2000. During 2001 the decision was made to become a Community Club which included three teams playing 11-a-side and seven in the Soccer Seven group, with over 350 members attached to the Club.

Our existence has always been a progressive one. Always expanding and looking for growth. We invest in youth at the very start through the nursery group for 5 year olds, and provide effective support, coaching and training for players right the way through to their late teens and early twenties.

Livingston Hearts CFC currently has eight 11-a-side teams, nine Soccer Sevens teams and the growth of our already successful nursery group is producing two soccer sevens teams every year. We are actively re-investing in some of our older players by sending them through the various coaching levels as part of their development. They will then use their coaching skills throughout our Soccer Sevens teams.

The Club doesn't just look for the best players then drop the rest. We think it's not just up to the individuals to realise their own skills, but for the coaches to bring out the best in them. Some kids do take longer than others, but stick with it, and if they have it, we will find the skills in them. The only thing we ask is that the players are not forced to come to training or games as they must WANT to be there in order to enjoy the game at its best.

We play our home matches here and hold training sessions most nights, dependant on age groups. Click on the picture above for a localised map of the area. We are located at the red arrow on the map.
